Exciting, challenging and engaging fun—that’s what our classes are known for. They are so much more than meeting your calorie goal or choreographed movements. You can build camaraderie and new friendships with people who have similar goals in our Group Classes or get focused attention in a Private Class. You can also reach out to us to book a private Group session for your own group.

Intro to Pole - First-Timer

Never taken a pole fitness class before? Well this one is for you! Geared towards the aspiring polerina to give a taste of what is to come. This class focuses on introducing you to the apparatus, safety measures and a variety of upper and lower body grips.

Must complete THREE Intro to Pole classes before moving on to Pole 1/Mixed level or any choreography based pole class. 

Pole I - Beginner

Get familiar with the grips and hooks needed to create shapes and start building strength and confidence to do short flows.

Prerequisite: Must have completed THREE Intro to Pole classes or have previous poling experience.

 

Pole II - Intermediate

Mastered your invert from the floor? Then this level is for you. Join our Pole II classes to build your confidence, strengthen your inversions and combo endurance and work on levelling up your technique to progress to the advanced class.

Prerequisite: Must be able to invert unassisted.

Pole III - Advanced

Feeling confident in your Ayesha hold? Then this level is for you. Join our Pole III classes to build your strength for dynamic moves and combos, refine your flow and explore more complex transitions.

Prerequisite: Ayesha hold in any grip + shoulder mounts.

 

Mixed Level Pole 

Experience the best of both worlds in our mixed-level pole class! From beginner to advanced, everyone finds challenge and inspiration.

Prerequisite: Must have completed THREE Intro to Pole classes or have previous poling experience.

 

Sultry Flow

Exotic style pole dance, including low flow and floor work to bring out the seductive side of you.

Heels optional. Socks and knee pads are recommended.

Prerequisite: Must have completed THREE Intro to Pole classes or have previous poling experience

Lyrical Pole 

Discover a creative way to get fit with lyrical pole class. This technique-focused class combines the flow of dance with the strength of pole. Beginner friendly and suitable for all levels, you'll learn to move gracefully around the pole while focusing on control and form. All set to a song, you'll be loving the feeling of flying!

Prerequisite: Must have completed THREE Intro to Pole classes or have previous poling experience

Open Pole & Conditioning

Need a little extra time to work on pole tricks AND level up in your strength training? This half and half session gives you a thorough warm -up and just enough pole conditioning before you practice all those saved videos on your own, creating your own plan and moving at your own pace. 

Flexibility Training

This session focuses on both active and passive flexibility techniques that lengthen and strengthen the muscles, while improving mobility and range of motion of the joints needed to get all your flexy shapes.

Yoga

Experience stretching and other relaxing elements of movement with muscle-building and core strengthening for the perfect mix of flow and fortitude that allows you to build stamina and endurance whilst also chiselling your body form. 

 

 

Aerial Hoop 

Experience the fun and fitness of Aerial Hoop. Our Mixed Level course is perfect for those who are new to aerial hoop, as well as those who are experienced. You'll learn the basics of aerial hoop as a beginner or or instructors will help you refine your existing skills as an experiences aerialist. Not only will you get a great workout, you'll also have tons of fun! 

 

Aerial Hammock

Discover a unique way to get fit with our Aerial Hammock Mixed Level class. This class combines traditional fitness and aerial tricks with the aerial hammock to create a fun and challenging workout. Whether you're a beginner or a more experienced student, this class will help you try something new and enjoy a soft, low-impact life in the air. 

Private Lessons (1-on-1)

This one on one session provides focused attention for the client who prefers to work at their own pace in a guided environment. Tackle areas you would like to improve on or work on something new, it’s all up to you! Instructors will create lessons tailored specifically for you.

Group Privates 

Want to learn in a group session surrounded by only your friends or colleagues? Then this session is for you! Great for all types of celebrations; birthdays, bridal showers and even as a team building exercise! Choose your apparatus (up to two) and bring your group along.

Private Open Pole

Need a little extra time to work on tricks and transitions or level up in your strength training? Want time for your own personal training? This session allows you to book the private room for an hour with no instructor, to train at your own pace with your own lesson plan.
